Dear Doctors.
How do you start to deal with fear of being seen?

First off I must inform you that we are NOT doctors on THIS side of the forum. If you meant to write to an actual doctor, you need to click on the tab at the top of this page that says "Doctors."
Having said that, I now must tell you that I have no idea what you mean about a fear of "being seen." Please take some time and explain this feeling in greater detail so that we can try and help you. Perhaps you mean "social phobia" and I'm just not understanding the way you are wording your question.

Fear of been seen? You mean you would like to be invisible? Were nobody could see you at all? Or is it a fear of been seen by doctors? When out do you think people are always looking at you? Just you? That is all they see. Let us know. I think the social phobia might be the one you are looking for. But as Lydia said, we need a bit more to go on.

Yes i would love to be invisible.Yes i think people are always looking at me.Im sure its not all they see but its just how i feel and it is a terrible feeling.when im with some one else its is not as bad and some days its fine and others its overwelmhing.
