tourettes or just bottled up anxiety

When i feel anxious and my mind start conjouring up scenes in my head i sometimes yell things out loud like "NO" or "stop" those are two of the most common things i say. I have no control over it when im alone, but when there is other people around me it comes out as a twitch or a tremble and possibly other things that i don't notice. I've tried to control it but its getting impossible. I've noticed that its getting worse and worse, and im afraid of what i might start doing next. Is this normal in people with anxiety, how can i stop it?

I have never experienced this.  I have had things bottled up in me and then blow up at the person that I have an issue with, but not scenes in my head.  Have you spoken to your doctor about this?  It is like your thoughts are controlling you.  Take care and talk to your doctor.
