twitch in my tounge

i use to have eplipsy wen i was a small girl i went with a doctor private and he said that i had grown out of it 5 years i still have had no fits i am a very worried person with alot of anxiety but just these last few days i have been getting a twich in my tounge only on the tip top and bottom of my tounge can any 1 no wat this could be i have read alot that the twitch in the tounge can be cassed y stress and panik

but can any 1 help me ???

With your history of seizures, your best course of action is to be seen by a Neurologist to rule out any new seizure activity.  If you get a clean bill of health, then it is likely time to start addressing the anxiety.  Anxiety causes a multitude of symptoms and everyone is different.  Have you ever sought any treatment for your anxiety?

thankyou for ancering my question !! i am very worried but i reali dont think i could get my child hood epliepsy back as i think my private doctor would have told me to come back in a few years if he for there was some thing not rite.. i do suffer from alot of stress and daily panik attaks.... i trust my private doctor alot !!! just scares me and makes me have more panik attacks :( thankyou
