unstatisfied full deep breathe

unstatisfied full deep breathe

Hi.i was just wondering did anyone of u outhere experienced this..like having a feeling to take a deep breathe all the time, but every deep breathe u took it feels unstatsified,it couldnt be hyperventilation rite..cause hyperventilation occurs during the onset of panic attack, but this unstatisfied deep breathe is with me for a month now...the last time it comes and goes but now it seems to stay like forever..i did all those medical examination before..chest xrays,ECGs,stresstest, echo and full blood test..all seems fine..and the last time i went to see a doctor..because i was a bit worried about..but then when the nurse check my oxygen saturation using the pulse oxi meter i think,it shows 100% oxygen saturations, then i proceed to see a doctor..hes says lungs are clear.othewise one wont have 100% oxygen saturations when i have real difficulties breathing.he also check my breathing all fine.

Sigh..i am a bit conufsed now..wondering is it just due to Anxiety or do i need to pay a visit to a doctor again
any idea guys?

In my opinion, you could go from test to test to test and never be satisfied.  Health anxiety can be a real bear to try to cope with sometimes.  In my experience, if we percieve a problem, then we have it.  Have you thought about seeing a therapist?

If you are at 100% oxygen level then you should look into your anxiety. I felt like I was not getting enough oxygen and had my b,ood tested. My red blood cells were not supplying enough oxygen to my body and I felt weak. I was tested for blood in my stool and it was fine. They are trying to fing out why my red blood cells are not working properly. Iron supplements are hekpeg me a lot. Be carefull with then as yor can take to many. Check with your Doctor.

In my country there are medically trained people called "kinesists" who help people at recovering from injuries to their legs arms...
doing stretch exercises and stuff.

These "kinesists" are usually knowledgeable about how to fix breathing.

Thanks for the info..will have  a look on it..yeah but i tought 100% oxygen saturations are normal ? alhtough i know usually its 96-99%.i admit it might be due to anxiety too, cause when i told the doctor i felt breathless..he was shocked to see that my oxygen level is 100%.

I don't think 100% is normal.

How many people are 100% without anxiety or stress?
Not many. Yet the far majority of all people with anxiety and stress don't hyperventillate.

Very true..wat u have written, when my 1st panic attack occurs it landed me at the ER,i tought i was having a heart attack at 24 years old, when i went into the ER,they immediately let me breathe into a paper bag, because i was hyperventilating so bad that i couldnt open up my finers, all cramp..then i began to breathe in and out according to the nurse instructions  and a min or so i began to breathe normally again..fingers became okay then.
so terrified..they took an an arterial blood gas test and ouch that was really painful..the doctor dint mentioned my carbon dioxide level back then but she says my oxygen level were fine..then chest xray and ecg all fine before they diagnosed me as panic attack.
I do think its all from anxiety..most of the time i went to the hospital and check for my oxygen level its mostly 99 and 100% thats y the doctor keep asking me are u sure u have difficulties in breathing..but then i dint told them it might be due to Anxiety because if i told them so...then they wont even bother to perform more physical test.
but they do know its all from anxiety...because the way a patient really suffered from respiratory problems..they seem different from a panic attack sufferer.
I havent try medicine yet although my symptoms are quite bad..discussed with a doctor before..wat he told me is to give CBT a try 1st..if possible try to ovecame panic without drugs..because they says panic is all comming from you..nothing physically wrong..so one need to naturally change the way the think..its just like an illness of wrong thinking.
Thanks for the info anyway, btw do u panic symptoms still bother u?
