u really sound like puttin meself in wordz!i cant beleive ive met sum 1 that actually is sufferin 2 my extent!!ive tryed all them technicz hun i just cant relax wotz so ever!!im am tryin seek help but gettin kno where hun!!ive never experienced it thiz bad thou!thatz wot i dont understand!!therez sumthing new that popz up every day!i cant sleep cuz of the head rushez i get when try!!i feel mentally and emotionally drained!!
well i am currently seeing a psychiatrist, she is really helping me so far, are you seeking help? you should! Once i get that tight jaw feeling i know its either the ending of a panic attack or just one of the symptons as its going on. Try to relax your jaw, dont bite or talk to hard, fast..just let your jaw loose, like let it go and relax. Try not to chew on hard things like hard bread or candy. I usually have the tension when i wake up, i have to like massage my face and neck. Try breathing excersizes even.
i feel like i am dyin hun!!i conna theze happenin!ill sit there feel the tension in my jaw goin!then i start goin dizzy!which makez me more nervouze then!it a bloody vicouse circle!!wot i wud do 4 just 1 day 2 feel myself again!!how do u go about your day when u feel like thiz all day hun!!
yes! feels like my throat is closing or im going to faint or have a heart attack, dizzy, nausea, jaw tension is a common symptom for anxiety! Try some jaw excersizes, its scary i know! Im still earning how to deal with some symptoms. Im a major hypochondriac i always think im dieing.
