yes here again..umm i am getting a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys chest discomfort im not sure weather its the way ive been lying in bed or my heart. I just got out of bed and got very dizzy, im thinking that my be due to my anemia. Just so worried about things and dont know wat to do..doc seems to think all is ok..
Hi,
The discomfort from sleeping awkwardly and the pain in the heart feel rather different. If it is superficial and above the ribcage then it is probably just muscle. If it feels a lot deeper then get it checked again. Also, it may sound silly, but make sure you know where your heart is. A lot of people think they know where it is but are off by a few inches. Knowing exactly where it is will help in figuring out whether the pain is coming from the heart.
Hope you feel better.
