uuugh!!! Anyone else experience this??

My doctor told me I have anxiety issues. I keep having all kinds of random symptoms every single day. Everything from shortness of breath, chest pains, headaches, sensation of something stuck in my throat, loss of appetite, back pain, constant 'what if' thoughts, constant thoughts that something serious is wrong (cancer, heart attack, congestive heart failure, etc.)...

Now today, I noticed that my cheeks feel like they're on fire and they feel really puffy. When I look in the mirror, they do look a little puffy, but not as much as they feel. Does anyone else get red, swollen cheeks with anxiety? Or should I worry that it's something horrible?? :'( I honestly was thinking maybe I have an infection of some sort, but my body temp is 98.1... My body temp has actually been running lower than normal lately, usually around 97.1-97.9.

I'm driving myself insane!!! Someone please tell me I'm not the only one to experience this crazy stuff!!! :'(

anxiety can do all of that to a person. I still have days like that,but when it gets to that point I take a low dose of Ativan. My doc prescribed it for anxiety. Plus I take 100mg of Zoloft daily.

Do you ever have any side effects to the zoloft? How long did it take to start feeling 'normal' again?

I'm just so scared to take it...
