i just started methadone 2 weeks ago kinda need some anxiey. i.e my aniexty i chew the skin around my finger rails safagly eih raxor blades squeezers n rip it after its inda healed/ii chew ny nails then stick them between my teeth all day evey its makes ir hurt a lil and like it keeps me busy i smoke half as less while chewing on a nail/ im always in a rush! i get really nervoouse and ke keep checking to see if i firgot ssomething non stop et =c etc etc etc. what meds should work best forr this im on valium now

Im telling you weed will cause anxiety!!!!!!! Can you quit? I used to smoke because my anxiety would hit the roof. Why are you on methadone of you dont mind me asking?
