my energy isnt the best but i what i feel is laziness cuz im lazy always but not fatigued for sure
when it started i was studying abroad in london "i hear when fibro starts its the worst pain" but i use to walk at least 8 hours a day without anypain except my upper back was bit tight
the symptoms almost never shows except if i read about fibro i get bad headache my body start to hurts and i get depressed just like today
and i know the main diagnose is pressuring the pressure points .. the doctor did it and i felt no pain at all and he was confused so he did rheumatoid arthritis test and it was negative then he told me i might have fibro
First, fibro is really hard to diagnose -- it's basically diagnosed by symptoms and the failure to find anything else that explains the problem. If your energy levels are good I doubt it's fibro -- I'm with you, it doesn't sound like it, at least by the people I've met who have it -- it's pretty debilitating and people with it are pretty disabled. Does that describe you?
btw i have another question
a doctor diagnosed me with fibromylagia 8 months ago im not sure it fibro
cuz he did put pressure on all the presure points and i felt now pain at all
but i do have lower back and upper back and leg muscle and forearms muscle pain but it rarely shows ..but i did see on the internet people cant sleep from the pain and they barley can go out to get groceries, i can sleep rlly well and i can go everywhere i want ,im rlly confused cuz im going to medic school in 3 months and im scared of fibromylagia
Who knows? They could be, and they might not be. Which is to say, yes, shortages of both or one of these nutrients can cause what you're feeling, but that doesn't mean it is causing it. The important first thing, though, is that if you know you're low in these then you have to bring up your levels anyway whether or not it's causing those particular symptoms, but remember, blood testing just once isn't determinative -- it could have been an anomaly. Only testing over a period of time is determinative. But again, if what you say is true, you're low on these two, you need not be low on them no matter what.
but that question isnt answered ,is it related to thesse symptoms ?
Well, you do need to get exposed to the sun during peak hours if you want to make vitamin D naturally. Taking a supplement will help, though. A way to get your B vitamins is to take a stress B supplement, but B12 is very high in spirulina, a fresh water algae. I'd google foods high in B12 so you can choose something to eat that has it.
