waking up shaking

i have been suffering from anxiety for about 4 months now, and for the past 4 days i have been waking up with this shaking all over my body, then i my heart would start to pound. dont care what time i go to sleep night or day it will happen. can anyone relate or shed some like on this

yea sometimes, but i only started taking the zoloft last night, and i had the shaking for about three nights now

have you started the zoloft yet? if so, it could be from that. does it help when you take a xanax? Remar

im now starting zolft, i only took half last night, im also taking xanax 0.5

i have that too sometimes. are you taking anything for the anxiety? not long after i take my antianxiety meds it stops. take care. Remar
