weaning off of clonazepam

I'm trying to wean off of clonazepam, but am getting conflicting information on how to go about it. I've been on it for 2 years and have been ill for that entire time, with symptoms resembling fibromyalgia, which has been ruled out. My neurologist feels that these symptoms of extreme fatigue, muscle pain, insomnia...could be related to the use of clonazepam. He suggests weaning off it by using Tazanidine and lyrica, as well as celexa. Taking 3 meds to wean off of one sounds scary. Another source has just recommended tapering off at a rate of 10% per week and the withdrawals should be minimal. I started this program 6 days ago and feel awful, with terrible headaches, a feeling of the shakes, some diarrhea and just like I'm about to loose it. I've read the Ashton Manual where she recommends a slow wean with the addition of diazepam, which you then need to wean off of too. Please help, don't know what to do?
