weird dreams

hi there everyone i was wondering if anyone can clear something up for me, when my anxiety is at a high when i lie down to try and sleep i get weird images going through my head, its not when im asleep its just when i shut my eyes and its like as if everything is out of focus and like my brain just cant focus or rest on a image!!

i used to get that but only when i was on prozac. It was like a firestorm of images and thoughts. pretty wild

Yes I get this too. The images I see are normaly bad... like one of my kids or husband being or getting hurt. It tends to be worse when my anxiety is high. My cousin has an anxiety disorder to and she said she also gets this.

its not neccessarally bad thoughts its more kind of not being able to get a clear image in my head, everything is either over magnafied or pulsating, its not really causing me discomfort but its making it hard to relax!
