weird spacy feeling with dizzyiness and foggy

am 21 male. for the past 11 weeks, i have been feeling really weird mostly like am not myself, i feel dizzy sometimes, but foggy and out of space all the time. i was so scared one day, that i actully passed out and vomited. next think i knew i was at the hospital. they did blood test and urine test and few other things and didn't find anything, but now am just scared completly.

anxiety is very scary and apart from the passing out i used to be exactly the same as you i used to feel as though i was going to pass out but never did,the fact you aint sleeping properly dont help that willmake you feel worse,are you eating properly?please go back to your doctor and speak to himabout anxiety and maybe getting help,you are not alone we are all the same on this site keep us posted and just try to relax,anxiety will not kill you it is just horrible and feels like it will at the time.

yes, the doctor didnt say much really. said it was axiety, but it makes me think its not cause how i feel. am scared tho. sometimes i cant sleep. and i allways think about it.

Has anything significant happenned in your life recently, good or bad?
Have you seen your doctor about these symptoms?  
Anxiety could produce these symptoms but panic attacks usually don't result in passing out.
Do you drink or take medication?  Have any known medical conditions?
