weird vibes

hi i use to smoke alot of marijuana and i started getting panic attacks. when i stopped i got anxiety alot but not full blown panic attacks. but lately i still get anxiety which i can deal with cuz i know what it is and the feeling it gives me. but ive also been getting these really weird vibes and wierd out of place feelings that i cant explain. its sorta dreamlike and heavy in my mind now all i think about is that theres something majorly wrong and  my body is trying to tell me something. i get scared cuz the feeling is so weird and i cant explain it. it last a long time and happens several times a day. yesterday it didnt go away at all. today i woke up feeling good. i made breakfast for my wife and kids and then it hit me again. just a really weird feeling almost like  dejavu but wont go away. do other people have this problem and what do you do about.
