what is going on

for the past few weeks i have been experiencing severe pressure in my chest like a burning senstation the zanax that i take seems to help but it alway comes back, it does not effect my ability to workout or function it is just disturbing. i have had 2 ekgs done a ecocardiogram done and a heart monitor and they all came back fine but this is driving me crazy does anyone else out there have this. please help

That is a tough one. Are you experiencing anxiety at all? Anxiety symptoms can cause that same exact feeling. But it can just be a severe case of heart burn or acid reflux.
