what is it anxiety?

i had a problem before 1 year. i feel horrible vertigo and light headness, body weakness, i take many brain test like cat scan, EEg, but all test are good, doctor ask you have muscular weakness a take neuro met injections but still problem i have, and i physicatrict doctor ask you are suffering in generalized anxiety and he gives me some anxiety medicines after medicines i feel some pressure in my nose and little cheek and some pressure forhead and near my left eye. doctor tolled me you have sunniness problem i take my PNS X-ray, its too good, tell me please what is the reason i m worried really.

Have you ever had a concussion? A very bad blow to the head that knocked you unconscious?

The metal noise in your head could be caused by Tinnitus. tinnitus has no known cause, but it can be related to head trauma, extreme loud noises, and ear infections.
With tinnitus you generally hear pings, beeps, whistles, and other assorted noises, deep within the head...the noise is not external, meaning that if you plug your ears you will still hear the noise.

The heaviness in your head could be from an injury to your neck or back as well...even if it was a long time ago.

yeah and i take again altra sound of my bladder and kidneys doctor diagnose you have stone on yours left kidney 9mm. and i want to know these days i feel some heavy in my brain like some pressure :( how i explain mean like my head is down and my legs are up like some basic exercise step and some time feel some metal noises in my brain. is it related to anxiety, my infection reason or other.

i have no sinus problem but. i did x-ray. but i feel pressure in my nose and forehead. and yesterday i see blood in my urine a went to urine and blood tests i want to show you my blood and urine test report may b vertigo related to infection? doctor say to me after checked report you have infection.

Your symptoms could be related to anxiety, or something more.
Have you had your ears checked? Sometimes sinus problems/ear problems can cause those same symptoms.
If your ears are full of fluid you can experience vertigo and the other symptoms you mentioned.
