what to do?

Hi i get not SEVERE but pretty bad  i can't like go to parties or movies or football games and shake from being so nervous at the store.  i don't know what to do and the dr. won't prescribe me medicine he says he thinks i have post tramatic stree disorder but ik i don't i just have anxiety idk what to do i just want some help my heart races i get real sweatty kind of like hot flashes and i feel like something bad is gonna happen i shake and act odd and i just want some help i've tried therapy for a year and it hasn't help i've also been on prozac, effexor, paxil and welbutrin at the same time, seroquil, cymbalta (pretty much every anti-depressent that helps with anxiety)  How can i express my need for help more for my anxiety and moderate panic attacks?

That sounds like panic attacks and anxiety. I am telling you like my parents and school counselor told me, which is that it's going to get better. You might think it wont but it will. Trust me.
