I wake up every morning with anxiety and nausea.  Sometimes it is only a little bit and sometimes it is full blown.  I hate it.  I just know that I have to start my routine and it will go away in an hour or so.  But, believe me, that hour is hell!  I say to myself, "here I go again" and "wouldn't it be great to wake up feeling normal for just ONCE!"
