when will i know?

ok so ive been feeling pretty shaky, nauseous and extremely dizzy ....i do have severe anxiety.but when will i know the diffrence between anxiety and a actual health problem.I know i have an infection somewhere since my right lymph node is swollen and in a little pain but can that cause this much suffering.please anyone help me

I have had blood work a few different timesan came back normal.  So my question to you is what kinda test can you have done to make sure it's just anxiety???  I have been goin to counciling an it seems to be helping but I still have some bad days.  Thanks for any help you can give me!

You said you know you have severe anxiety?  I assume you have had tests confirming that you are in good health and that you have been diagnosed as having anxiety, correct?  Anxiety can be very tricky and I think you are wrestling with the question we all struggle with with health anxiety.  For me, the way I got through it successfully was through counseling.  I believe we tend to fear what we don't know about and gaining the knowledge about the anxiety and panic gives you the tools to confront it in my experience.  The good thing with all of this, is that so many people have successfully gone through what you are experiencing (to include myself and many people here in this community).  

Do you have access to counseling?

See your doctor to have that lymph node checked out and then get a thorough exam to rule out other causes for how you're feeling.  If everything checks out okay then you know this is your anxiety and you need to address that properly. Never assume any new symptom is anxiety.  I hope this helps.
