why does this happen?

Ive had a sharp pain in my left temple over the past few days,the pain only lasts for a few minutes then goes,ive also had wierd tingling on the left side of my head feels like somethings crawling under the skin its awful! And been feeling dizzy,i phoned the doctor who checked my blood pressure and took some blood to check for an inflamed blood vessel,results came back ok,i am petrafied thinking that im having a stroke or a tumour.i researched on the internet which my cbt told me not to do,and they were the things that came up,im so scared that im going to die and not see my babies grow up.....help please
