why oes my head hurt

ok this all happend 3 weeks ago well i bruised my spine by doing sittups and now my shoulder, back,and tail bone started hurting shortly after and my spine is already curved but anyway my question is
DO I HAVE AN EAR INFECTION BECAUSE MY EAR FEELS LIKE ALL THE PRESSURE IN MY HEAD IS GONNA EXPLODE OUT OF MY EARS BECAUSE I CANT HEAR THE T.V BECASE MY EAR HURTS SO BAD AND EVERYBODY ELSE CAN HEAR IT JUST FINE

Could be I would go to the doctor if I was you and let them know your symptoms and if you have and ear infection they'll know the minute they look in your ear.
