why do i wake up with the shakes not feeling well is one thing but not feeling well every day is another i always bite my nails i am always shaking my legs why sombody help me im always worried somthing is going to happen to me

I know exactly how you feel. I wake up through the night shaking almost like I am cold but I am really not. It is weird. I also have my fingers torn apart from biting my nails and picking at the hang nails, it is awful. Can you describe your shaking?? Is it almost like your insides are shaking but you can't see it on the outside. Mine is always worse the first part of the day and then in the evening i can relax. I think the shaking is cause we are so tense all the time and can't seem to relax. Are you on any meds?? I am taking Effexor and I think I might need an increase in my dose as I am only taking 75mg. Well maybe, as you might already know, you are suffering from anxiety which can be really annoying in someone's life.

There are many things you can do about it. First thing i suggest to do is to go see a doctor to see if everything is alright with you. When the tests come back clear you can be sure it's anxiety and then start working on it.

Stress is obviously hard to manage but it is possible. You can go in therapy, use medications ( natural or pharmaceutical ), you can improve your lifestyle habits see if it helps like healthy diet and exercise but personally i would start by seeing the doctors.
