will excess doses of antidipressent will increase dipressin

My sister is having anxity problem for last 2 yrs. she is gi\oing thro' Dr's treatment. but last week he got quaral with his husbad. So he called to Dr. and Dr. increase her dose from Duvanta 40 to Duvanta 20. she is taking increase doses for last five days but still she got litter anxity attack like change in mood, Some angree situation every day.
and every day she fill to cry, and she is in dipression all day.

i dont unerstand that Duvanta tablet used for dipression. but still there is no control on dipression and anxity.

i advice her to talk to doctor about her situation.

Increase from 40 to 20? Sounds more like a decrease which would explain her anxiety.
