It depends on your dosage, really, but yeah, Lexapro knocks you for an absolute loop if you just stop cold turkey. I was actually instructed by my old psychiatrist to stop cold turkey and I did, but I experienced headaches, occasional blurry vision, upset stomach, and 'brain zaps' as well as dizziness. It's not really a dangerous drug to stop cold turkey (as long as your dosage isn't too high) but you do have to pay attention to what your're thinking and feeling. Some people react to withdrawal with suicidal thoughts and the like, so you definitely watn to be careful! Still, yeah, I did stop cold turkey and I found out right after I stopped that my closest grandfather died. So I had double stress and depression that week dealing with the wake, funeral, and trying to console my mother and grandmother. And I did survive the lexapro withdrawal. Just don't be freaked out if odd things happen unless they seem to be a sign of danger and it'll pretty much even out in around a week.
You just gave up taking it? Cold turkey wise? Mad if you did. Though not as bad as xanax, you can expect withdrawls if just stopping most forms of medication. They would vary. Headaches I would assume is one. You might get more yet.
