How long were you on the medication and what was your dose?  Are you tapering off under your doc's orders and supervision?  It is important to do it as suggested by your doctor because it will minimize withdrawal effects.  Keep us posted!

i have been taking it for a little more than a month and i only take a total of 0.5 mg a day i know thats not much but i worry about when i do need to get off

dont worry lisa you should have no problems coming of 0.5mgs plus you have only been on it a short while, but you still must consult your doctor never come of meds without help, good luck
