xanax and lozapam

which one is better i take 1 mg of loz and .05 mg of xanax  which would be bettrer?

if your taking long term neither , try klonopin its made for long term anxiety/stress if your taking for now and than panic attacks i take the ativan when needed .o5. these drugs your body gets use to and you will need more and more very hard to get off of  klonopin is not like that ., ask your dr about it . good luck.

I take xanax .25 as needed for high anxiety or panic attacks coming on. Heartflutters is right if you want something long term asking your doctor about klonopin could be a option. The other ones are not long term and they are addictive if used wrong. I would just talk with your doctor. See what they have to say.
