Concurred. Ask your doctor, or preferably, switch doctors. 1 mg tid of Xanax will leadLead poisoning you somewhere you don't want to be, and in my opinion (unqualified) it's irresponsible to prescribe it that way.
The same goes for me. I had a shrink who prescribed me with Lorazepam (Ativan) 3X daily. I am thinking of switching to Klonopin. What is your take?? Should I switch?? The "shrink" seemed insistent that Lorazepam long-term would do me wonders over Klonopin or any of the other benzo's. What do you all think??
klonopin is better for both of ya the others your body gets used to and needsmore as time goes on . talk to your dr and see if they will switch you. good luck
Klonipin is for long term use, Xanex is for short term, as you build a tolerance, and it no longer works after a while.
