xanx and zoloft

i been taking 50mg zoloft for 2 years and .25mg xanax for almost a whoel year. i also take omega 3 fish oild and b12 vitamins for 2weeks. i start having soem weird felling from xanax so i start taking half of .25 and stoped after that. few days alter i start feeling depressed and havign brain shivers for unknown reasons? so my goal is to find out why am having brain shivers and get rid of that? so am asking you guys for help. thank youuuuu!!

brain symptons, feeling like there is a little shock taht goes to your braina ands it annoying. most peopel get it from withraws on zoloft.

Xanax is a potent benzo that is usually prescribed short term on an as needed basis and withdrawals can be really bad if you don't slowly come off it. In my experience you can minimize this by not stopping it "cold turkey." Have you talked with your doctor about this?
