zanex getting off of it

Does anyone have advice for getting off of zanex?? i've only been on it a couple of months , bout 8 weeks and was only taking .25mg and have recently started cutting those in half but my doc has me taking zoloft now just started that 2 days ago but i am now thinking that maybe i should quit the zanex before moving on to another drug ???

i didnt think starting something new was a good idea until i got off the zanex 1st , had a pretty bad bout of brain fog or whatever you call it today and will call my doc. tomm. and let him know im gonna wait on the zoloft till im off the zanex , thanks for the advise ..
