pls help 6 weeks no sac

im 6 weeks prego or according to my last period im 6 weeks but my periods have always been really off since i was around 15 or 16 .....im now 19 turning 20 this year and had a ectopic about two or three years ago. me and my boyfriend have been trying this whole time to get pregnant again and finally its happend!but,i went to get an ultra sound and a sono and they cant see nothing not even a sac! i dont think its another ectopic because the last time was way diffrent then this! i had bleeding tha whole time , no pregnancy symptoms,and was in pain right away. this time i actually was late on my period and everything had all the pregnancy symptoms .....i jus want to know if anyone else has any answers for me it would really relieve alot of stress.
is it possible to see tha sac after 6 weeks? its really important to me to know whats goin on because i was told i couldnt have kids and this baby would really be suck a blessing! thank u .....

Sometimes 6 weeks is really early to see anything inside the sac. Did the doctor schedule you for another ulrasound in a few weeks? Did he say anything to you at all? What did are you HCG nad progesteron levels?

well he she sent me for more blood work to check my hcg and everything ....i have an apointment tommarow to have my blood work again and they are gonna schedule me to go get another ultrasound as well. the doctor called yesterday to say she wants me to get my hcg levels tested every three days so im praying everythings gonna be ok

hey well im really happy i went to tha doctors yesterday an she said my hcg levels are doubling like they are suposed to and right now they are like1250 or something she said. tuesday i  have another ultrasound and a apointment  after to get tha results ....she said that she doesnt think im six weeks she thinks im less but that it could be twins and thats y i got tha bfp before i couldnt even see anything!!!!!

I got a BFP about 2 weeks before we could see anything on the u/s and it's only one.  But good luck! Let us know how things go.

well today we saw tha sac and tha yolk everythings ok!!
