what treatment or precaution should be adopted to avoid seizures

i had AVM 3 years back . i had a minor bleeding in the brain. after that i went through Gamma knife treatment.it was three back.but still i am having seizures daily which last  20 to 40 seconds some time less some time more than this.i cant afford further GAMMA KNIFE or embolization..
i wana know that is it safe to leave AVM untreated as i have gone through radiations once. what precautions should be taken to avoid the further risk of bleeding.

i want to know how the seizures would be cured or stopped. and my second question is how much is the risk of bleeding is reduced after radiation.?

Seizures can be controlled by medications. Have you looked into that?
