Dear young doctor,
You seems to have cartilage weakness due to which the cartilages are getting brittle and are wearing off quickly causing the unwanted sound.Regular activities are aggravating it and hence making the life painful for you.
You should meet your General Physician and rule out some sort of Metabolic Disease.
Once we rule out the metabolic abnormality we would then concentrate on other aspects.
Feel free to discuss more.
Regards.
