hurting....from my past?

I was riding my bicycle to school at age 14 when i was hit by a car. I fell off my bike and onto the street . Landed on my right side/back and hit my right leg on the street. I fell pretty hard.I was in so much shock i just got up, picked up my bike and started riding it to school as if nothing happened.
Everyone kept asking me if i was ok, if i needed to see a doctor but i felt fine so no one took me to the hosipital or doctor, life went on.

Around age 20 i started noticing a weekness in my right leg. When i run, climb stairs, dance, sit for too long, etc.
The pain has grown more over the years, its like a pinching feeling, like needles poking all along my right leg with a slight burning sensation. When i squeeze it it hurts, feels irritated.

I started going to the doc about it at age 25 or so, they did xrays, mri, found nothing.

I'm now 28 and just recently did a test where they check the circulation in your leg, it came back normal.

The pain in my right leg is very bad, it wakes me up from my sleep and makes me feel like i have too different legs.
I also feel the pain is spreading to my right side of my body because my right arm is very weak and hurts when i hold it out straight or raise it up high.

I'm very concerned because doctors can't find nothing, yet i know this feeling is not normal.

I want to know if my past accident with being hit by a car is catching up to me now? If so what can i do?
Is it possible for someone to be hurt in an accident in the past and just now feeling the impact of the pain? can it cause permenant damage?
If this pain is not from my past...what could it be? what other test can be performed to find out why i feel this naggin aching pain especially inmy right leg?

please help

Dear friend
What he said is true.
Nerve once destroyed, can't be regenerated, if no improvement occurs within 18 months.
We have got less options available presently.
Need to wait and watch.
Please continue the physiotherapy. You can omit the bonescan.

Hi, i tried posting this as a new one b ut it wouldn't let me.

I saw my doctor about my leg and he shared some results with me from a neurology. I have a nerve deterioration in my right leg. Its connected to the accident i had when i was 14. He didnt give me any help as to what i can do to ease the pain. He says its like a bridge that has b een burned down, its destroyed.

I feel so bad no one acted on the accident to take me to the hospital now i have a scar for life which is a jacked up leg.

I have a bone scan booked this friday, but whats the point now in this test. What can i do about a nerve deterioration?

Dear Friend,
Well i think all is related to worries and co-relating various things.
No need to worry. A car accident when you were of 14 yr old and then getting another symptom when you were 20 year old are totally unrelated.
If there was some bone problem or other problem, it would had manifested at that time itself, or would had shown some positive results in the investigations.

If still you want to do more investigations, then please get a Bone scan done.
However if it also comes negative, then we will have no investigation left.
Once you get the bone scan done, please let me know, so that we can discuss, further that time.

In case of any other query, please feel free to discuss.

Regards
