WHENEVER IAM SITTING IDLE FOR SOMETIMES ,MY LEFT ANCLE IS SUFFERING FROM STIFFNESS AND PAIN.BUT AFTER WALKING A FEW STEPS IT DISAPPEARS. WHY?

Hi Dev,
Well it can't be quantified with a reason,except considering the fact that your muscles are weak.
So the best option is to do physiotherapy and wait for around 1 month. Will discuss after that.
