       I have pain/loss of strength in my hands; my hands have been falling asleep no matter what I am doing, I shake them off and on but they still go asleep. Just recently my arms and legs have been aching with pain; my feet have been going cold no matter what. I also have headaches; I

Difficult to say without examination.

The paresthesias that you are experiencing may be neurological in nature.  This may also cause the shocks you are feeling within the chest area.  A referral to a neurologist and possible electrodiagnostic testing can be considered.  

Any chest discomfort can also be interpreted as angina from the heart.  An echocardiogram or stress test can investigate this possibility.  

These options can be discussed with your personal physician, or in conjunction with a neurologist.
