Back pain

I have had back pain for over 10 years, being diagnosed with degenerative arthritis. The only treatment that is available are nerve blocks and percocet. I need a cure. If any doctor has a new procedure or theory, I need it. Please help me. I don't care if it is controversial, I just want my life back. Pain numbers are not a solution but a mediocre bandaid. Thank you.

Sorry I have no solution ... only some sympathy but I hope that helps a little. :)
My back has been hurting the last two days.  Going to go soak in the tub again.  Hope we both get some relief some day.
I don't know why so many people have back issues.

What is the name of your medication? I don't like morphin so I stay away from it. From what I understand two of my vertebrates are riding on empty, and I'm not a candidate for surgery, basically the surgeon said to me since you have had this for so long there is no need, you can live like this. Wich devastated me. 6 suicide atempts is no living. I am 33 years old, my life has been on hold since 2001. I need a chance.

I experience the same pain... only thing that helps for me is my medicine.  I am on a long acting and breakthrough medication.  Its the only thing that takes the edge off! The ONLY thing!
