Hands and feet hurt? Definitely time to get back to the doctor. Is the pain in the balls of your feet right under the toes, dead center or closer to your arch? You have tried all the correct things to deal with the pain so now it is time to seek a doctors care. If your hands were not hurting too I would think a podiatrist is in order and you may want to see one any way. Because you have such bad pain in both your hands and your feet, I think you need to see a GP and be screened for inflammatory forms of arthritis unless you have a rheumatologist in which case get back in to see him.
