Chronic pain, fatigue, low hemoglobin

A little about what is going on with me. About 5 months ago i started having severe pain in ankles, then about a month later it started in my wrists, and more recently on occation i have severe pain in my elbows. I also have started having headache-migraines over then past several months and severe fatigue (to the point that i can sleep at least 15-20 hours of the day). Then a month ago while being tested for lupus, gout, r. arthritis and other auto-immune diseases they discovered i had a hemoglobon of 7, a hematocrit of 21, and a WBC count of 3.8. I was sent to the emergency room for a blood transfusion.Then last week i had an episode where i couldnt get out of bed for almost 3 days. Almost never woke up, couldnt eat, couldnt shower, ran a fever, and was freezing no matter how much clothes and blankets i was wearing. I again was brought to the hospital were my levels were back down. Hemoglobin was 7.1, hematocrit was 23 and 0.0 monocytes and less than 0.3 lymphocytes. I stayed in the hospital for several days had a blood transfusion and many more tests of which all came back normal. All auto immune blood work came back normal. I feel like im losing my mind for 5 months i havent been without pain, without being tired and nobody has anwsers. I am always tired, i could sleep all day if it wasnt for my kids i have to take care of, and for the fact that everytime i sit, sleep, drive or go to a movie.....my feet and hands feel like someone is stabbing them. The only thing that takes the pain away is moving them or flexing them to unnatural positions. Its horrible, if anyone has any ideas on what it could be Im open for any suggestions. Thanks

What a horrible time you are going through.  Unfortunately things like Lupus and RA can take some time before they show in your blood.  It can take quite some time before a diagnosis.  Are you seeing a rheumatologist?
