Could I have Septic Arthritis?

Hi, I had a man to man sexual encounter last December where I performed oral sex on him.  A few weeks later, I felt sick and my tongue felt "weird" and started to get white film on it.  Dr thought it was acid reflux (didn't tell him about the sexual encounter though).  About 2 months later I got a burning rash on my shoulder.  Dr took culture, but it came back undetermined.  He thought it could be shingles.  About 3 months after encounter, I started to get arthritis on my left point finger and in my middle finger (less of a pain though).  My left point finger also has what looks like a water blister about half way up my finger.  

It has now been about 2 1/2 mos with the arthritic finger and I am very scared and worried.   At the 3 month mark I had STD testing and it came back negative for HIV(blood), Gonorrhea (urine), Chlmydia (urine), Hep B and C and Herpes II.  Herpes I was positive.  My fear is this could be oral gonorrhea that wouldn't be detected through urine testing that has now disseminated into my body.

Anyone have knowledge, experience, or information on this, I would appreciate your thoughts..

Have you told your doctor about your encounter and your fears?  If not, you need to do so.  Your doctor does not need details, but does need to know about the encounter so he/she can factor in the data and help you.  While it is possible that all of this is a coincidence, you need to have the possibility explored.
