Does Sacroiliitis go away w/ treatment

I was diagnosed with Sacroiliitis a couple of months ago. I took the steroids and the antinnflammatory meds. Does this ever go away. The pain go away its worse then it was before I got diagnosed!!! Its hard for me to keep up with kids and house work cause of the pain. Thanks a bunch.

I too was diagnosed with Sacroiliitis two years ago. I am 57.

I went through physical therapy to teach me some exercises to do. I do them every day. Do they help? I don't know.

What finally helped me was a combination of two presciption medications- indicin, an anti-inflammatory and pain killers- vicodin. I am able to function pretty well now.
