Finger Drift?

Hi, I have recently noticed that the upper tips of my index and second finger are turned or bent toward my other fingers (away from my thumb).  This is on both hands but the right is more noticable.  The drift seems to start at the joint closest to the nail.  The only thing I have been able to find on this is Ulnar drift which appears to start at the base of the finger.  My fingers are straight up to the last joint.  I have no pain or loss of use in any of my fingers or hands.  Occasional pain in one knee that the doctor said was probably arthritis but he didn't seem too worried about that.  I have not been in for the fingers since I just noticed it.  No one else has noticed but when I pointed it out to my family they saw what I meant.  I am in my mid 30's.  After doing some research I am worried about reumatoid arthritis but since I don't have any pain in my hands I don't know what to think.

Tough to comment on without seeing the fingers in question.  If there is concern about the specific joints themselves, a plain film of the fingers can be performed as well as an evaluation by an orthopedic physician or hand specialist.  

Rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic disorder and likely will affect all of the joints in general, rather than specific ones.  If this is a concern, you can be tested for it with blood tests (an ANA test, rheumatoid factor and sedimentation rate can all be considered).  

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.
