Fingers on fire, numb, very painful with any slight touch

Thumb, middle and index fingers are gone numb, always on fire, tingley and painful to lightly touch anything. This first occured in my left hand but now is in my right hand as well(same fingers from knuckles down & full thumb). It is now about 2 months and no improvement.

Help! anyone out there with a similar condition.

I am not familiar with that treatment.  Tell me more about that method.  Where did you hear about it?

How about the kinesio taping?  Has anyone had any success with this method of treatment for pain in the joints in the knuckles of the fingers?

Have you been checked for carpal tunnel syndrome?  I have the same thing going on in my left hand and have regained 3 of 5 affected digits by wearing a splint and taking a few days away from the computer.
