Foot Pain Mystery

Unable to get help resolving my chronic foot/feet pain. I am a 40yr old male and was diagnosed with gout 20yrs ago.  I have been unable to control the gout consistently because of gouty reactions to allipurnol so I don't take it like I'm supposed it.  Over the past 2yrs the pain in my feet have gotten worse and I am on crutches about 3x a month because I can't walk, can't sleep, and the pain is unbearable.  I have seen poditrist, GP, Ortho, and now a Rhuma and no one helps.  I get the cholchrine, alllopuronl, indomethicin, metro dose packs, predisone, pain killers but nothing all of these just put a band aid on the pain til the next flare up.  I told the Rhumatologist it feels like 3 different things happening. First, the gout which seems to be under control with Uloric now. Second, I feel like I have chornic plantar facsitis after running.  Finally, both feet get stiff and feel like bricks...cannot walk and the pain feels like its humming.  Yeah I know humming its just constant pain in the ankles and feet and can't think about anything else but the pain.  Its not a throb or a morning stiffness that goes away its just constant pain that hurts all day long til it goes away after @a week or two later.  The pain cycles up to having to use the crutches the declines til it goes away.  Sometimes the medicine helps but sometimes it feels like I'm not taking correctly and makes the symptoms worse.  Sometimes, as crazy as it sounds,  the pain seems to go away a day or two after a bowel movement.  I never mentioned that to the dr because I can't see how that would be related to pain in my feet.  Get to see my Rhumatologist tomorrow but the nurse already said my blood work and xrays are negative and that he is going to send me to a podiatrist.  I am just sick and tired of being exhausted from limping all day long and having bricks for feet.  I cannot train for triathlons anymore because when I do feel better and run I get to pay for it for two weeks.  Its depressing and don't know what else to do....anyone have any suggestions.
