High RA factor

I have been diagnosed with rhuematoid arthritis since few years. My RA factor is very high , 3 months ago it was 198. I am not taking any medications for it at this time, because i dont have any symptoms. But my question is if i go without meds and let RA factor go higher and higher would it cause any other problems.......Please i need advice and suggestions .......I would highly appreciate any response to this question.

It is possible to have a high RA factor and not have RA.  If you do not have any symptoms, and nothing shows up in x rays or MRIs, then I think you are fine to not take the meds.  As long as they have throughly checked you out, you should be fine.  If you ever start to have symptoms, make a bee line back to the doc.  Even if they do not feel like RA as there are other conditions that can cause your RA factor to elevate.
