High RF and IgG

I am a 34 y.o female and have fairly recent high blood pressure (now on meds), chest pain, anxiety, left arm tingling/weakness and back/shoulder pain.  I have been in and out of the ER twice in the last month for left side chest/back pain. Cardiologist says I have MVP otherwise heart is ok, just need to figure out why my blood pressure is so high (150/100).   Recent labs show RF of 32 and IgG 2027!  I also have a low Phos of 2.0!   I also had a brain MRI done becasuse of my left arm weakness/tingling and occassional facial twitching.  MRI was normal, no stroke or MS (thank goodness)!  Now  I am waiting to see a rheumatologist because of my elevated RF and IgG.  Meantime, I am awaiting thyroid test results too.  I feel so frustrated and am so tired of not feeling well!  Can anyone help explain these labs (high RF and IgG, low phos) to me and/or give me insight on what may be wrong with me?  Thank you!  
PS I am in great shape, not overweight, don't smoke, exercise 3 times/wk!
