Knee Pain

Hi i am 14 years old and i have been having some really bad knee pain. I don't play any sports and i don't do anything that could be too hard on my knees. The pain comes and goes. Some days it is so bad i can't walk and others i can feel this zapping in my knee. I have tried iceing, braceing, and resting my knee but the pain always comes back. Is there any reason for my knee pain? Can it be treated?

There are a lot different things that could be affecting your knee. You should go to your doctor and get it checked out and ideally on a day when it is acting up.
