I had a motorcycle acident 6 years ago I shattered my tybia platoue now I had severe arthritis and my shin aches all the time I would like to get rid of the pain some how pain is sometimes unbearable and stops me from doing everything tiered of taking pain killers is there any other way to solve this problem

Have you seen an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in knees? There are many non-surgical, less invasive techniques that can alleviate the pain, at least temporarily, such as synvisc injections (like a synthetic cartilage) that'll last several months to year; replaning, where they go in and smooth out the rough spots that are causing pain; custom made knee braces that keep the knee from moving laterally, which is often a big source of pain. Exercises, with the guidance of a physical therapist, can keep the muscle and tendon structures around your knee strong to support the joint. Today's partial and total knee replacements are not your grandparents' knee replacements, so if it eventually comes to that, it won't be the end of the world; in fact it'll improve your quality of life.

Ask your doctor for a referral to an orthopedic surgeon for an evaluation. This isn't going to go away on its own, and letting it make you sedentary is not a solution. Good luck!
