Mid back- thorasic spine pain

I was told by my doc a couple of yrs ago I may have slight case of athritis. Well now my back is a problem- moves around but generally the spine, the whole thorasic area. no pain dwn legs, just the mid spine. Exercise does not seem to help. Aleve a lttle. Is there any help for this?

Sounds like it is time to get back to the doctor to see what has happened with your back since his last exam of it.  Since exercise does not seem to help it, it is likely osteoarthritis as inflamatory forms are suppose to feel better with exercise (I am told, not exactly my experience, but I may be the exception.)  Could be you need something stronger than aleve to get relief.  Please let us know what you find out.
