More pain in right side of body

10 years ago when i was lifting a water can of 40 kg from my bicycle to the ground. I was not able to find distance of ground and whole weight of can was hanged on my right arm. After some days i felt pain in my right shoulder. I showed myself to many hospitals they gave me differents treatments. In 2004 AIIMS declared that i was suffering from reumotiod arthritis after finding HLA B-27 test, bone density test . The main problem is in heavy winter my right side of body starts shivering while driving motorcycle. It feel me like no movement in my right side. There is heavy pain in my right side of body head to toe of my body. Please help me.

What kind of treatment are you getting for the rheumatoid arthritis?  It sounds like you need to revisit your rheumatologist to see if you need something different in your treatment plan.
