New Years Resolutions
Happy New Year!  Any one make resolutions?  Me?  Sure did!  Here's my list:

1.  Set achievable goals for myself
2.  Lose 12 pounds (1 per month sounds achievable!)
3.  Laugh at myself more often
4.  Stop pushing myself so hard to do more than I can, accept my limits

LOL! I stopped doing that! I never follow through!

Mine is more a daily resolution. I just try to do the best I can each day - weather its a good day or bad day.  Since I never know what tomorrow will bring, the short term goals are easier to achieve. Especially when you have a chronic condition and never know when you're going to be knocked on your behind by it.
